1. Refund Eligibility

- Refunds are only available if services have not yet started.
- If services are partially completed, no full refund will be issued, but partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Requesting a Refund

- Submit your refund request within 3 days of payment to info@autosoftkey.co.uk.

3. Processing Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
